Summary
A great way into land surveying. You'll work outdoors on a field crew and learn from experienced crew chiefs and licensed surveyors.
What you'll do
- Collect field data for topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, and as-built surveys
- Set property irons and construction layout stakes
- Run levels and set benchmarks
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma
- 6 months of related experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Preferred
- Coursework in surveying or civil technology
